150 hours at the SABE Laboratory of the Department of Engineering and Applied Sciences at the University of Bergamo.
I completed both theoretical training, attending the Integrated Course in Surveying and 3D Modeling of Architecture, and laboratory work, collaborating on the project Documentation, Knowledge and Enhancement of the Bergamo Fortress.
I participated in archaeological research, on-site surveying and data acquisition, the digital restitution of architectural evidence, the virtual reconstruction of the buildings and the landscape context, and finally the creation of multimedia material for the communication and enhancement of heritage. Furthermore, my internship led to the first agreement between the Brera Academy of Fine Arts and the University of Bergamo.
150 hours as Francesco Sala’s assistant in the field of virtual archaeology, developing image and video renderings for the restoration and reconstruction of existing and lost archaeological sites.
The work, in collaboration with various scientific committees, focused on projects such as the reconstruction of Malenco Castle (SO), that of the Fraele Towers (SO), and the Porta Sant’Agostino world heritage site, for the permanent exhibition Mura di Bergamo: il Museo.
Furthermore participation in conferences and study activities at the Palazzo del Podestà in Bergamo as a speaker’s assistant and researcher is certified, with subsequent publication of two slides in the article “Camera a catasti. Si torna nel ’500 con gli archeo-video” in the newspaper L’Eco di Bergamo on February 23, 2024.
